Am currently working with 8 amazing sales leaders from the financial sector on a 4 module programme improving their ability to achieve their targets by developing their leadership skills and their ability to inspire, motivate and performance manage their teams. We’re exploring:

  • the behaviours of great leadership
  • the beliefs great leaders have about their teams and how they use those beliefs to empower them
  • the beliefs great leaders have about themselves and how that self awareness and confidence enables them to achieve great things

 

We’re doing lots of practical and commone sense stuff, using ideas from Neuro Linguistic Programming, FIRO and Transactional Analysis(see the page on models we use for more information about these), to support our learning. Can’t wait for the final module which is an outdoor leadership opportunity to pull all the learning together and see it in action.
